Dougie has been involved in golf all his life & qualifying from the P.G.A. Training School in 1995. As an Assistant Professional Dougie spent six years at Downfield Golf Club, learning his trade and spending much time playing on the Tartan Tour circuit as well as giving lessons / clinics. He also spent time coaching in London, Holland and Norway. After his time abroad Dougie was thrilled to accept his first position as Club Professional – at Shiskine Golf & Tennis Club in September 2005.

Calum, Laura and their team are delighted to provide the catering in this fantastic location affording spectacular views across to the Kilbrannan Sound and Kintyre. Open from 10 am daily in the season and offer fresh, homemade, Arran produce. During the day there is always a great variety of home-baking and Classic Clubhouse meals.
